About Jodi:
Jodi has been Adams County Register
of Deeds since 1995. She served as the State President for the
Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association 2004-2005 and also served on
the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Land Information
Association 2002-2006, serving as President of that association from
2008-2009. She has received the President's Award for Outstanding
Service from the WRDA and two Distinguished Service Awards from WLIA.
She has also attained her Certificate of Professional Development,
Certificate in Project Management and retains her license as a title
insurance agent. She also holds a paralegal certificate. In addition
to being Register of Deeds, Jodi serves as Adams County Land
Information Officer and Public Information Officer. In her
community, Jodi is involved with the fair, church, Friends of the
Library and other community events. In her very spare time, she
enjoys traveling, walking and a good book. |

About the Register of Deeds office:
In 2005 we recorded over 16,000
documents. In addition to the Registrar, there are two full time
staff members. A computerized tract index starts in 2006, with the
grantor/grantee index being computerized since 1988. All documents
from 1983 forward are imaged. Indexes prior to the dates above are
on paper and date back to the 1850's !! Adams County has a land
records website which contains document data, parcel information as
well as maps.
