Clark County - Peggy L WalterAbout Peggy: Peggy, who is a lifelong resident of Clark County, was elected as Clark County Register of Deeds on November 6, 2012.  Peggy and her husband, Steve, reside in the City of Neillsville which is also the county seat. Peggy and Steve have three children and four grandchildren.
