Sarah:
I am blessed to be elected to begin my term as
Register of Deeds on January 7, 2013. I have lived in Green Lake
County my whole adult life; I am a graduate from Fox Valley Technical
College with an Associate’s Degree in Police Science. I also have my
license in the State of Wisconsin for real estate sales. I am a
member of the Green Lake/Ripon Realtors Association. My husband of 26
years, Karl and I enjoy spending time with our daughter fishing,
golfing, and biking. I am honored to serve the citizens of Green Lake
County as I have for the past 20 years. |

About the Register of Deeds office:
The staff of the Green Lake
County Register of Deeds office is dedicated to the highest quality of
services.
Our office employs two full time deputies
and one part-time deputy, in addition to the Register.
Our office
takes great pride in recording all real estate documents in
a timely manner.
We also process death and
marriage certificates when received and issue all vital
records (birth, death and marriage) for past and present
residents of our county.
Our office is also where all
military discharges should be put on file.
Green Lake County Register of Deeds office provides
online services for Laredo and Tapestry for searching
real estate records 24 hours, seven days a week. In
April 2013 we started accepting credit cards for copies
of vital records and real estate documents at the Green
Lake Register of Deeds office. We also started
e-recording with Simplifile in April 2013. See links
under online services. We will be starting a
back-scanning project in the fall with records from
January 1989 to August 1975 to automate additional
records. We are currently indexed to December 1995.
Genealogists
are welcome from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
No appointments are needed but
space is limited, so if you are planning a visit from a
distance away you may wish to call ahead.
