Robert:
Bob has been the Register of Deeds since 1979 and
also serves on the County Land Information Committee. When not
working he enjoys the outdoors, cooking and reading. Bob and his
wife Marcia enjoy visiting with their children on long weekends.

About the Register of Deeds office:
Iron County Register of Deeds Office started a computerized tract
index in April 2003 and then imaging in July. The office is also
linked with the Treasurer and can view the tax records as well.
Bob has one deputy who works 3/4ths time for him and ¼ time for
the zoning office. |

Iron
County:
Iron County has beautiful waterfalls and large tracts of
forestland. Iron County itself manages 73,000 acres of forestland.
We have abundant snowfall for skiing and snowmobiling during the
winter months. In the summer it is time to enjoy the lakes and
four wheeling on ATV’s. Early spring the kayaks navigate the
