 About
Preston: Preston has been Manitowoc County Register of
Deeds since 1989. Preston has also been the state president of the
Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association and is currently the state
treasurer of the group. Preston is the Manitowoc County Land
Information Officer and is a member of the Wisconsin Land
Information Association. Preston is active in his community as a Big
Brother, Riverwalk Festival committee member and is very active at
his church on various committees. Preston's wife Sandi is a grade
school teacher and girls athletic coach, which makes him very
interested in girls sports activities on the grade and high school
levels. They are the parents of two adult daughters. |
