 About Susan:
Susan Triggs has been Richland County Register of
Deeds since 1995. Prior to election she worked 16 years as Deputy
Register of Deeds. Susan is a native of Richland County and a
graduate of Southwest Wisconsin Technical Institute. She serves on
the Land Records Committee for Richland County. She has served as
District Chair for the Register of Deeds Association and is
currently on the Indexing and Forms Committee. In her community
Susan is a member of St. Mary's Parish. She has served on the
Parish Council, as a Parish Circle Leader and as Treasurer for the
Richland Center High School Athletic Booster Club. She is also
active in the Richland County Republican party, currently serving
as Treasurer. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling
and walking. |

About the Register of Deeds office:
The Register of Deeds office is located on third floor in the new
part of the Richland County Courthouse. In addition to the
Registrar there is one full-time staff member. Richland County's
computerized index began in 1993. In 2004 the office converted to
an imaging system, and is working on back scanning back to 1993.
The office is also currently working on starting a tract index for
Richland County. |
