Prior to his appointment, Randy was President and part owner of the families retail floral business for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and a life long resident of Rock County. Randy has been active in many community and professional organizations-a member of Forward Janesville, a member of Janesville Morning Rotary, a member of the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association, and a member of the Wisconsin Land Information Association. He has also served on numerous committees in his career.

About the Register of Deeds office:  In 1996, Rock County began its imaging system, allowing Title Companies and other interested parties to search on line all images and real estate information. In 2004, Rock County will begin by working to offer on-line service over the internet and to begin Electronic Recording.
