About the Register of Deeds office:
The approximately two million recorded land records
represent $6.2 billion dollars of real estate within
the boundaries of Sheboygan County. Like most register of deeds,
due to low interest rates we had a record setting year for
recording in 2003. A new document management program was
implemented called I-Document XF which allows real estate
documents to be
searched over the internet immediately following receipt. We offer
Laredo and Tapestry online services for searching real estate
records 24 hours, seven days a week.
