 About Marvel:
Marvel was elected to the Office of Register of
Deeds in January 1995. Prior to becoming Register of Deeds she
worked 16 years for Taylor County, the majority in the IT
Department.
Marvel is a member and Past President of the Wisconsin Register
of Deeds Association. She has served on various committees -
Legislative,
Resolutions, Audit, Technology, Treasurer's Task Force, UCC and
Vital Records Online Study Committee; and recently was appointed by
the Governor to serve on the Wisconsin E-Recording Council to
propose eRecording rules for Wisconsin. She is a member of Wisconsin
Association of County Officers, and has served on the Resolutions
and Technology Committees; and a member of the Wisconsin County
Constitutional Officers. In her spare time, Marvel enjoys spending time with her family
and golfing. |
