 About
Rose: Rose has been the Trempealeau County Register of
Deeds since 1997. She was a deputy in the office for 10 years prior
to her election. She has been Secretary of the
Association and District Chair. She currently is 2nd Vice
President. Rose lives with her husband Allis on a 160 acre beef farm
in the town of Chimney Rock near Independence. Rose currently is the
Democratic Chair of the Trempealeau County Democrats. She is active
in many church and community organizations. |
| About the Register of Deeds office: In addition to Rose, there are 3 full-time deputies in the office. Since 1997, the Register of Deeds office has added an imaging system and a computerized index for land and vital records. Currently, office staff is keying and scanning all the old documents. A duplicate copy is stored off site. |
