Connie: Connie began her career in the Walworth County
Register of Deeds office on April 1, 1974. She has held various
positions in the office and was appointed Register of Deeds
effective July 1, 1998. She and her husband reside in Sugar Creek Township. They are the proud grandparents of twin boys and a granddaughter. Connie is active in the Elkhorn Kiwanis Club and attends Sugar Creek Lutheran Church. |

About the Register of Deeds office:
Real estate records are maintained in a grantor/grantee indexing
system which begins in 1839. A computer index is available
beginning in 1973, as well as associated document images. In 2004,
a tract index was created. Birth, death and marriage records for events that occurred in Walworth County are maintained. Birth and death records begin in 1872, while marriages begin in 1839. Ownership and description information is maintained for over 65,000 tax parcels. |
