About the Register of Deeds Office
Sawyer County utilizes a computerized indexing and high speed scanning system to process documents. We are constantly backscanning our paper records and have nearly 55 years of real estate records online. We have all of our certified survey maps and plats scanned and are available via the web or may be viewed on the four public terminals in our office. All of our images are digitized and can be viewed online with a 6 digit document number, searchable by Grantor/Grantee, legal description, document number or volume and page.
