Vernon County - Lindsey Formanek
Gov. Tony Evers has appointed Lindsey Formanek to serve as Vernon County Register of Deeds. The appointment fills a vacancy created by the retirement of Marilyn Hauge, effective 12/30/2022. Formanek will serve for the remainder of the unexpired term that ends on Jan. 5, 2025. Lindsey served as Deputy Register of Deeds for 2 years before being appointed to Register. Lindsey is a Vernon County native and currently lives in Viroqua with her husband, Ryan, and 2 children.
