Wood County - Tiffany Ringer
Tiffany has been Wood County Register of Deeds since March 2018. She was appointed by Governor Walker in 2018 and elected into office in 2021. Tiffany has worked for Wood County since 2012, six years in the Child Support Agency before becoming Register.
Tiffany serves as the 3rd Vice President of the Wisconsin Register of Deeds Association (WRDA) and is Co-Chair of the WRDA Legislative committee. She is a member of the Wisconsin Counties Association Personnel, Finance and County Organization Steering Committee, Wisconsin Counties Association County Ambassador Program, Wood County Land Records Council, Wisconsin County Constitutional Officers Association and Property Records Industry Association. Tiffany received an Associate Degree in Business Management from Mid-State Technical College and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Servant Leadership Program.
In her community she enjoys volunteering for events and she is an active member of the Heart of Wisconsin Ambassadors, serving as their secretary. Tiffany and her husband, Sean, have one daughter. In their free time, they enjoy outdoor activities and traveling.

About the Register of Deeds Office
The Wood County Register of Deeds has four full time staff and one part time staff person. Their computerized tract index and imaging system was established January 1, 2000. Laredo online service is offered to title companies and other frequent customers and Tapestry online service is available for occasional customers. Over 25,000 real estate documents were recorded in 2003, an all time high for the office. Customers can use major credit cards for an extra fee to obtain certified copies of birth, death and marriage records.
