She has been an Iron County Resident since 1993. Her and her husband live in Gurney, Wisconsin. She is proud to be living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Enjoying all the great outdoor activities the Northwoods has to offer, including fishing, kayaking, biking, camping, and spending time with her family.

About the Register of Deeds Office
Iron County started a computerized tract index back in April 2003 and imaging back in July 2003. The document index, including grantors/grantees and legal descriptions, is being completed for older documents as time permits. We are currently working on the back scanning of the older documents to complete the entire access online. Our LandShark Online Program document search is a website that allows access to our document index along with the ability to purchase document images online by using a credit card, establishing an escrow account or by subscription. Iron County began full e-Recording Documents in December 2016. With multiple vendors on board the e-Recording of documents is also another available option in Iron County. Our office is also linked to the Treasurer’s Website and can view Tax Records as well. In addition to Real Estate Documents, Iron County Register of Deeds also works with the Wisconsin Statewide Vital Record System. This system allows Iron County Register of Deeds to issue Birth Records for persons born throughout Wisconsin.
